Long-Haul Yoga
​
A biomechanical approach to body, mind and nervous system health based on the work of Francisco Kaiut. This mostly floor (or chair) based yin-style practice uses longer holds to work with joints and restore functional mobility to the body. This practice is for ALL bodies, regardless of fitness level, shape, or perceived ability, and is meant to serve us for the long haul!
Bring a mat, bolster, strap and blocks if you have them. No props? No problem! A limited number will be provided by the instructor on a first come first serve basis.

Slow Flow Therapeutic Yoga
​
This class uses a combination of self massage, asana, and restorative postures to address tension and promote overall health. Each class will focus on an area of the body, such as the low back, shoulders & neck, SI joint, etc. 1 hr / 75 mins

Restorative Yoga
​
Active relaxation to calm the mind and body. This class uses props to support the body and promote a restful, parasympathetic state throughout the system. You’ll leave feeling like you just had a day at the spa! Props will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc. Due to the level of attention given to making sure each body is ideally supported in each posture, class size is limited to 5. 1 hr / 75 mins

Dive Barre
​
The least fancy barre class of all time! Drawing on ballet, pilates and yoga traditions, this lower-impact classes focus on mobility, balance and strength. ZERO dance experience, rhythm, coordination or fancy outfit required! This class uses a combination of light weights, gliders and/or exercise balls (provided). Expect to have fun & get your heart rate up! All you need is a water bottle and a mat, if you have one (a limited number will be provided). 1 hr

Mature (Dive) Barre
​
Still dive-barre, but with an air of sophistication. Planks, pushups, getting down on our hands and knees… no, no, darlings, there will be none of that here! Aside from light core work on the mat, we’ll be staying upright in this class, thank you very much. This class may move a little slower than regular barre, but it will still challenge your balance, mobility and strength. Perfect for those of us with mature joints, or those who just aren’t feeling like getting on the ground today. Contact me to request this class if you do not see it on the schedule. 45 mins/1 hr
