Kaiut Yoga

A biomechanical approach to body, mind and nervous system health inspired by the work of Francisco Kaiut.  This mostly floor (or chair) based yin-style practice uses longer holds to work with joints and restore functional mobility to the body. This practice is for ALL bodies, regardless of fitness level, shape, or perceived ability, and is meant to serve us for the long haul!

To take this class online, you will need to have the camera on your device turned on. Set up your computer, tablet, or phone so that you can be seen clearly and can hear clearly.
