About the event
The least fancy barre class of all time! Drawing on ballet, pilates and yoga traditions, this lower-impact classes focus on mobility, balance and strength. ZERO dance experience, rhythm, coordination or fancy outfit required! This class uses a combination of hand weights, gliders and/or exercise balls (provided). Expect to have fun & get your heart rate up! All you need is a water bottle.
1 class/week: $20; 2+/week: $15 ea. (This is the suggested amount--I have a little wiggle room for people who need it! Donations given over the suggested amount go toward helping cover costs for others.)
